Moxibustion is one of the six basic healing techniques used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to stimulate blood flow, remove blockages that cause pain and disease, and strengthen your overall immunity according to the principles of TCM. The other five include therapies of  Bian stone, acupuncture, foods and herbs, massage (Tuina) and Daoyin (Qi guiding and conducting) which divides into breathing and exercises of limbs and body.
